Sleeveless summer dress with balloon skirt
 Whether worn alone or with a top, this dress is elegant and a great addition to your summer wardrobe!
 You can order it in white or black! The material is a heavy viscose jersey.
 The balloon dress has wide straps/shoulders and a generous arm opening so that the bra or top can be seen.
 If you would like a smaller arm opening, please contact me. There are pockets on the sides. There is an elastic band on the hem. This gives the skirt part its balloon shape.
 I combine the dress in the photo with a loose shirt made of polka dot tulle.
